How We Started

I’ve spent my life on the field — as a coach’s wife, a mother to three athletes, and a former softball player. The field has been more than a place to play, it’s shaped who I am and how I lead. Over the years, I realized that the principles that drive success on the field are the very same principles that shape thriving organizations.

In both sports and business, success hinges on three key elements:

  • The player/employee who brings the skills that complement the team.

  • The team that fosters the attitudes and efforts that breed success.

  • The coach/leader who sets the tone, builds culture, and develops their people year after year.

This realization, combined with over a decade of experience supporting growing organizations and private equity-backed companies affirmed something powerful:
